摘  要:目的探讨建立外周左向右分流的新型兔肺动脉高压模型的方法。方法手术建立颈部、腋部、颈部+腋部分流模型,术后16及24周开胸测肺动脉压力,取心肺标本,行苏木精-伊红和Gomori’s醛复红染色,观察肺小动脉肌化程度及继发性右室肥厚。结果术后16周颈部+腋部分流组的肺血流动力学指标、肺小血管肌化程度及继发性右室肥厚改变明显,24周时上述指标进一步加重;而24周时,颈部分流仅引起轻度肺动脉高压,腋部分流组未见改变。结论较单纯颈部或腋部分流模型,颈部+腋部双分流是一种更为成功的分流型肺动脉高压模型。Objective To establish the flow-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension model of rabbits induced by peripheral left-right shunts.Methods Flow-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension models induced by cervical shunt,axillary shunt and combined shunt were established by microsurgery.Pulmonary arterial pressure values were measured and heart-lung specimens were collected through thoracotomy at the 16th and 24th week after shunt operation.HE staining and Gomori's staining were done to evaluate the muscularization of pulmonary arterioles,and the secondary right ventricular hypertrophy was also measured through RV/LV+S.Results Sixteen weeks after the shunt operation,significant changes in hemodynamic indices,muscularization of pulmonary arterioles and secondary right ventricular hypertrophy could only achieved in combined shunt group,furthermore,foregoing alterations deteriorated at the 24th week when mild pulmonary hypertension only could be induced in cervical shunt group,but no change was detected in axillary shunt group.Conclusion Combined shunt model is more successful than unitary cervical or axillary shunt in inducing flow-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension.
