无锡市社区卫生服务工作现状及综合评价

摘　　要：目的了解无锡市社区卫生服务工作现状,并进行综合评价,发现问题,提出相应建议。方法对2010年无锡市城区全部(23个)社区卫生服务中心的服务范围、内容、方式及医疗设备、医护人员结构等情况进行调查,并应用TOPSIS法进行评价。结果 23个城区社区卫生服务中心医护比为1∶0.8,全科医师岗位培训率为73.3%,TOPSIS评价结果扬名、江海、广瑞、上马墩、清名桥社区卫生服务中心位于前五位。结论无锡市社区卫生服务运作现状较好,规范化建设基本完成,各中心发展比较平衡,组织网络比较健全,服务功能基本到位,人才培养已经开始。Objective To study and evaluate the current situation of community health service in Wuxi with the hope to develop related solutions to the identified problems. Methods Service area,service content,service method,medical equipment and structure of medical care personnel over 23 communities in Wuxi urban area were investigated and evaluated using the TOPSIS method. Results Ratio of doctors and nurses among the medical care personnel was 1∶0.8 over 23 communities and the general practitioner training rate was about 73.3%.As for the TOPSIS results,communities of Yangming,Jianghai,Guangrui,Shangmadun and Qingmingqiao ranked the top five position. Conclusion The operation of Wuxi community health service is good.The standardized construction is completed.The development is balance among communities.Organization and service function is robust.The personnel training is allocated.
