摘　　要：区域经济一体化已成为经济发展模式和市场竞争方式。以"老、少、边、穷、限"为共同特征的渝鄂湘黔四省市毗邻武陵山地区,不仅更加迫切需要加强区域经济协作,而且还应进一步确立区域经济协作的发展方位和功能定位,走区域经济一体化之路。立足自身生态资本优势,着力推进生态经济产业化,共建武陵山生态经济圈,方能在新一轮区域经济竞争与发展中,谋求生存空间和赶超路径,避免再次被"边缘化"。Regional economic integration has become a model of economic development and a manner of market competition.The provincial edged region which commonly features as ＂old revolutionary base areas,the minority areas,remote areas,impoverished areas and restricted areas＂,is not only urgent strengthening regional economic cooperation,but also furtherly establishing the direction of development and its functional localization,aiming to a road of regional economic integration.Based on its own Eco-capital advantage,make joint efforts to Build Wulingshan eco-economic zone by exerting strength to promote the industrialization of ecological economy.Only in this way can seek the space to survive and the approach of catching-up,avoiding being ＂marginalized＂ again.
