城市旅游房地产发展内部环境与对策研究——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：在旅游业发展突飞猛进、房地产业遭受重重发展约束的大环境下,旅游房地产作为旅游业与房地产业交叉的综合性产业,迎来新的发展机遇。文章以合肥市为例探讨了发展旅游地产的内部环境与发展对策,并指出合肥应当首选发展会展接待类旅游地产、大力发展旅游度假地产、遵循消费者偏好,重点打造观光旅游地产。In the environment that tourism developed by leaps and bounds,while the real estate industry suffered heavy development constraints,tourism real estate as a comprehensive cross-industry between tourism and real estate has been faced a new development opportunity.The article discussed the internal environment and development Strategy of tourism real estate development in Hefei as an example,concluded that Hefei should developed exhibition tourist real estate firstly,also can developing traveling vacation real estate and scenery real estate by following the consumer preferences.
