平潭综合实验区优化行政管理体制研究

摘　　要：2009年5月国务院出台的《关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》为平潭发展带来千载难逢的机遇,平潭由此进入了新的发展阶段。通过对平潭综合实验区现行行政管理体制进行研究,探析其存在的隐患,并提出可行性的优化原则与路径,为政府构建完善的行政管理体制提供决策参考。State Council issued ＂opinions on the support of Fujian Province speeding up the construction of Strait West Side in Economic Zone＂ in the May 2009,it was the great opportunity for Pingtan development,and this district entered a new stage of development.Under the research of current Public administrative system of Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone,it analyzes the existence of hidden dangers,and proposes feasibility optimizing principle and path with the hope to provide decision-making references for government on building a sound public administrative system.
