参与主体对装备保障训练知识转移的影响分析

摘　　要：装备保障训练作为生成和提高装备保障能力的重要途径,其实施过程中存在大量的知识转移活动。参与主体作为装备保障训练中最核心的要素,全程参与知识转移活动,对知识转移的最终效果有重大影响。文章以知识转移过程为基础,以参与主体自身的能力素质为研究对象,分析其对装备保障训练中知识转移的影响,并提出对策建议,以期对提高装备保障训练效益提供有益参考。As an important approach of creating and improving ability of equipment support,there are so much activities of knowledge transfer in the equipment support training.Participator is the core of the equipment support training,taking the practice of knowledge transfer,has an important impacts on the knowledge transfer.Based on the process of the knowledge transfer,treated the ability of the participator as the research object,analyzing the factors on the knowledge transfer in the equipment support training,bringing some proposes,which may ultimately provide some useful references for the improvement of the equipment support training.
