摘　　要：噬菌体抗体库技术是近几年发展的一项分子生物学技术,是迄今发展最成熟、应用最广泛的制备抗体的技术。它是一种将PCR技术和噬菌体展示技术相结合,并在噬菌体表面表达、分泌,经过筛选后获得特异性抗体的技术。就噬菌体抗体库技术的原理、构建、筛选及其应用研究进展进行综述。Phage antibody library technology is a kind of molecular biological techniques recently developed. So far the phage antibody library is the most developed and widely applied techniques in the field of antibody preparation. It is a technique combined PCR technology with phage display technology, and express, secreting, screen on the appearance of the phage to obtain specific antibodies. In the following essay, the elements, construction, screening and application of phage library technology were summarized.
