摘  要:基于N-S方程和质量守恒原理,充分考虑边界滑移条件以及磁流变液的幂率特性,改进了已有的双黏度模型,建立了磁流变液在圆盘间流动的新的挤压模型,确定了流场的速度分布特点,得到了径向速度和压力梯度的分布式以及挤压力的表达式。对滑移系数和幂率指数对流场和挤压力的影响进行了分析,为磁流变液在基于挤压工作模式的工程应用提供理论依据。Magnetorheological Fluids (MRF) has the property that the viscosity can be quickly changed along with tions. Based on Navior changing Magnetic field intensity, it has a wide range of engineering applica- -Stokes' equation and principle of mass conservation, a new squeeze model of MRF' s flow between the two parallel disks is put forward, it improves the old Bi-viscosity model and this model is considered with the power law property and boundary slip condition. Then the distribu- tion of the radial velocity is determined, the distribution formula of radial velocity and pressure gradient and the expression formula of squeeze force are obtained. Another, the effect of slip coefficient and power law index on the flow field and squeeze force is also discussed. These provide theory basis for MRF' s application that based on squeeze flow.
