摘　　要：虚拟交往社区是对传统社区的发展,紧随时代脚步.然而传统社区在交往方面具备的优势也不可替代.公共型住宅模式,作为一种集虚拟交往社区和传统社区两者优点于一身的住宅设计新探索,对城市发展、社区规划和住宅创新具有重要借鉴意义.The virtual communicational community is the development of the traditional community, which keeps abreast with the era closely. However, the advantages of the traditional community are irreplaceable in communication. The public residential pattern which gathers all the advantages of the above-mentioned two communities, as a new research on the design of residences is of great significance for the urban development, the community planning and the housing innovation.
