摘 要:采用平板划线法从活性污泥中分离筛选到一株絮凝活性较高的菌株B-6,通过单因子试验,分别考察碳源、氮源、初始pH、培养温度及培养时间等因素对其产絮凝剂能力的影响,确定最佳培养条件.结果表明,该菌株产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:以葡萄糖为碳源、酵母膏为氮源、初始pH 7.0,培养温度为35℃、培养时间为72h时,该菌株所产絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到93.6%.研究了生物絮凝剂对生活污水、泥浆废水、洗煤废水和印染废水的絮凝效果,发现除印染废水外,该生物絮凝剂对其余3种废水均具有一定的絮凝效果,其中对于泥浆废水絮凝效果最好,絮凝率可达92.2%.An effective bioflocculant-producing strain 13-6 was isolated from activated sludge with the streak plate method and the optimal cultural conditions were investigated. The effects of carbon and nitrogen sources, initial pH, cultivation temperature and time on bioflocculant production were studied, and then the optimal cultural conditions were determined as follows, glucose and yeast cream were used as carbon source and nitrogen source respectively;initial pH was 7.0; cultivation time and temperature were 72 h and 35 ℃. Under such conditions, the flocculation ratio for kaolin suspension reached 93.6%. Furthermore, The flocculation performances on sewage, slurry, were also studied.
