“品管圈”活动在提高住院药房实库存准确率中的应用

摘　　要：目的提高住院药房实库存准确率,提高医院的药事管理水平。方法引入品质管理概念,采用流程图、雷达图、查检表等手法,引导员工积极参与质量管理的全过程,促进沟通,提高工作效率,增强工作责任心。结果住院药房的实库存准确率由改善前的85.12%提高到96.50%,员工积极性及责任心明显增强。结论品管圈活动在药剂科住院药房取得良好效果,提高了实库存的准确率。Objective In order to rise the correct rate of physical inventory in clinical pharmacy and promote the development of administration of pharmaceutical affairs.Methods Carried out the tranning course of quality control circle,adopted some good tools such as flow chart,radar chart,check sheet,and so on.Led all of the members to take part in the whole process of the quality administration,thus promoted their exchange and communication and inmproved their efficiency.Results The precision of physical inventory in clinical pharmacy was raised to 96.50% from 85.12%.And all of our members were more responsible to their work.Conclusion Quality control circle course get good results in clinical pharmacy and promote the precision of physical inventory in clinical pharmacy.
