摘　　要：目的探讨局部麻醉下成人经皮肾穿刺活检术的护理方法。方法回顾性分析336例局部麻醉下行成人经皮肾穿刺活检术患者的护理和术后并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均成功取得肾组织,但患者大多数出现了不同程度的术后并发症,发生率较高的是镜下血尿(98.8%)和肾周血肿(53.0%)。结论围术期多项良好的护理工作都会提高手术的完成质量、降低患者术后并发症的严重程度。Objective To explore the nursing method of the adult percutaneous renal biopsy under local anesthesia.Methods Retrospectively analyze the nursing of 336 cases adult patients undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy under local anesthesia and postoperative complication.Results All the operation of patients had succeeded,but most of them suffered postoperative complication in different degrees,and the high incidence was microscopic hematuria（98.8%） and perinephric haematoma（53.0%）.Conclusion Some nursing in perioperative time can improve the quality of operation,and can low the seriousness of postoperative complication.
