区域创新视域下的“两型”区域经济发展

摘　　要："两型"区域经济发展创新能推动区域转变经济发展方式,实现区域经济可持续发展,抢占未来区域经济发展制高点。在区域创新理论指导下,构建区域创新体系,提出"两型"区域经济发展创新的具体对策,即:创新"两型"区域经济发展思路,构建"两型"区域经济发展科技创新体系,继续推动"两型"区域经济、发展的机制创新。The innovation of the two - oriented regional economic development can promote the transformation of development ways for the regional economy, realize the sustainable development of the regional economic and control the commanding point of the future economic development. Under the guidance of this new theory, a new system of the regional innovation is constructed. It also proposed some concrete measures for the innovation development of two -oriented regional economy, such as： innovating the ways of development;constructing the new system of the technological innovation and promoting the system innovation for the development of the two - oriented regional economv.
