广西艺术体操裁判员队伍的现状调查与分析——以2009年广西艺术体操裁判员培训班为例

摘　　要：从2009年广西艺术体操裁判员培训班可以看出,广西艺术体操有一支年轻、高学历的裁判员队伍,主要集中在高校从事艺术体操或与其相关的专业教学队伍中。他们十分热爱艺术体操,参与裁判工作非常积极。但是,裁判员主要来自南宁、桂林、柳州三个城市,地区分布不均;缺乏培训机会、高水平比赛经验和专业运动经历;对裁判规则了解也不够深入,需要进一步熟悉规则和提高实践运用能力。In view of referee training course in background referees team who are mainly 2009, Guangxi engaged artistic gymnastics has a young, high educational in teaching courses of artistic gymnastics or other relative specialty. These referees are keen on artistic gymnastics and participating in their work actively;however, they are mainly from three cities of Nanning, Guining and Liuzhou, which resulted in not well - distributed. Besides, they are lack of training opportunities, high level match experience and professional sport experiences as well as not fully understand the rules. Therefore, they need to be familiar with referee rule and improve the ability of practical apply.
