摘　　要：从川东北"三高"气田特殊安全风险出发,系统分析了中国石化在勘探开发中所采取的特殊监管措施的必要性,并就当前存在的重大隐患,提出了下一步的攻关方向及基本思路。Based on the special safety risk of 'Three High' gas field in north-east of Sichuan province,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the necessity of special supervising and managing measures taken by SINOPEC during exploration and development.And it puts forward the next researching direction,safety measures to be taken and basic train of thought according to the current major and serious hidden dangers.
