产益康栓配合早期盆底肌康复训练预防产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药产益康栓配合早期盆底肌康复训练对于预防甘肃农村妇女产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)发生的临床效果。方法将240例在甘肃省永昌县人民医院分娩的单胎足月顺产的农村初产妇随机分为两组,每组各120例。实验组产妇产后2h即直肠给予中药产益康栓,待阴道无血性恶露时配合盆底肌康复训练;对照组依传统方法在产后42d进行盆底肌训练。结果盆底PC肌张力≤Ⅲ级实验组43例,对照组79例。尿失禁阳性实验组9例(7.5%),对照组32例(26.7%)。两组比较具有显著差异(P均<0.01)。结论产后使用中药产益康栓配合早期盆底肌康复训练能促进产后盆底器官功能快速、有效地康复,且无创、经济、简便、易行,尤其适用于基层及乡镇医院。Objective To explore econazole supposilnry production of traditional Chinese medicine with early pelvic floor muscle re- habilitation for the prevention of postpartum women in rural Gansu disease pelvic floor dysfunction （PFD） occurred in the clinical effect. Methods All of 240 patients in Yongchang county, gansu province people＇s hospital, one child full-term delivery of rural production primiparas were randomly divided into two groups, each of 120 cases. Experimental group that was two hours postpartum production e- conazole suppository rectal medicine, when to be free vaginal bloody lochia with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training; the control group according to traditional methods carried out in 42 days postpartum pelvic floor muscle training. Results Pelvic floor muscle tension and≤IIIclass PC experimental group of 43 patients in the control group 79. Urinary incontinence positive experimental group, 9 patients（7.5%） in the control group of 32 patients（26.7%）. 2 groups with a significant differences（All P〈0.01）. Conclusion Post- partum use of traditional Chinese medicine production econazole suppository pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation with early post-natal pelvic organ function can promote the rapid and effective rehabilitation, and non-invasive, economical, simple, easy, especially for pri- mary and rural hospitals.
