摘  要:近年来,无创脑刺激用于认知神经科学、神经生理学、精神病学等的治疗越来越引起关注。与手术及深部脑刺激相比,无创脑刺激具有无痛、无创、操作简便、安全可靠等优点,迅速受到广大医学工作者的密切关注和应用。经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)和经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)作为无创脑刺激最常用的两种技术,在治疗神经性疾病中展示出了非常有潜力的应用价值。本文主要介绍TMS和tDCS两种无创脑刺激的研究历史、基本原理及其可能的作用机制,并对其在帕金森病、阿兹海默病、多发性硬化症等神经退行性疾病治疗中的应用进展进行综述。In recent years, non-invasive brain stimulation as a treatment of cognitive neural disease, neurologic diseases, psychiatric disorders, etc, have attracted more and more attentions. Compared to neural surgery and deep brain stimulation, non-invasive brain stimulation has more advantages such as being painless, non-invasive, simple, safe and reliable, that lead to more clinical application. As the most commonly used non-invasive brain stimulation techniques, Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) have shown significant potential values for the treatment of neurologic disorders. This paper mainly introduces the research history, the basic principle and the possible mechanism of TMS and tDCS, and summarizes their applications in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's Disease. Alzheimer's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
