狂犬疫苗接种五针免疫程序与2-1-1四针免疫程序的对比观察

摘　　要：目的了解狂犬疫苗2-1-1四针免疫程序的不良反应、血清抗体阳转率以及患者的依从性,为其在临床的推广应用提供数据支持。方法将856名犬伤门诊患者按照就诊时间随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统五针程序免疫,实验组患者给予2-1-1四针程序免疫。随访、监测两组患者的抗体阳转率、不良反应发生率以及免疫依从性。结果两组患者不良反应发生率以及全程接种30d后血清抗体阳转率差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05),接受2-1-1四针程序患者的免疫依从性明显高于传统五针程序的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论狂犬疫苗2-1-1四针免疫程序安全、经济、简便,患者依从性好,值得推广和普及。Objective Understand wild dog vaccine to the 2-1-1 four needles immune program adverse reactions, serum antibodies Positive conversion rate and patient compliance. Results The 2-1-1 four needles program patients’ immune compliance was obviously higher than that of the traditional five needle program patients （P 0.05）. Conclusion Rabies vaccine immunization program 2-1-1 four needle safe, economic, patient compliance is good, worthy of promotion and popularization.
