摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中发现右副肝管的处理方法,降低LC术后并发症。方法回顾分析笔者所在医院2005-01～2010-12行LC术中发现右侧副肝管的4例患者病历资料。结果本组患者3例术中处理,1例术中给予保留,术后患者均痊愈出院。结论 LC术中发现右副肝管,明确诊断并给予合理的处理,能避免术后不良后果的发生。Objective To explore the management of right secondary hepatic duct found in LC,so as to reduce complications after LC.Method Retrospectively from January 2005 to December 2010 the found right secondary hepatic duct in 4 patients in LC were analysed.Results Among the 4 cases of this group,that of 1 case was retained,that of 3 cases were managed,then the patients were all cured and discharged.Conclusion For the right secondary hepatic duct found in LC,clear diagnosis and appropriate management could avoid the occurrence of postoperative adverse outcome.
