冰袋冷敷联合中药热敷在四肢闭合性骨折早期软组织消肿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨对四肢闭合性骨折后局部软组织肿胀的患者早期行冰袋冷敷联合中药热敷的消肿效果。方法:将90例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上于骨折后72 h内给予冰袋冷敷,72 h后给予中药热敷,直至患处有效消肿。结果:观察组患者冰袋冷敷及中药热敷后疼痛和肿胀缓解程度优于对照组(P<0.05),对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢闭合性骨折早期进行冰袋冷敷联合中药热敷能够有效减轻软组织的肿胀与疼痛程度,减少皮肤张力性水疱的形成,防止感染,缩短病程,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：： To investigate the effect of cold compression with ice wraps in conjunction with hot compression with decoction of medicinal herbs in relieving early local soft tissue swelling of closed fracture of limbs. Methods： 90 patients were divided into observation and control groups （45 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were treated with cold compression within 72 hours after fraeture and were subsequently given hot compression with decoction of medicinal herbs after 72 hours up to effectively keeping the swelling down, based on the routine one. Results ： The relieving extent of pain and swelling was superior in the observation group to the control group after cold and hot compression （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the patient＇s satisfaction was higher in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The cold compression with ice bag in conjunction with hot compression with decoction of medicinal herbs can effectively relieve swelling and pain, reduce the formation of skin blisters, prevent infection,shorten the course of disease and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
