摘 要:从车身地板定位孔与涂装吊具匹配性、防气泡性、沥液性、电泳成膜性、PVC作业性、密封性等方面对影响地板PT-ED-PVC质量的结构特点及优化措施进行了探讨。在新产品开发的工程化设计阶段运用涂装同步工程分析消除或减少影响PT-ED-PVC质量的地板总成结构缺陷,对降低整车开发和涂装制造成本,缩短产品的开发周期具有十分重要的意义。The structural behaviors to affect the PT-ED-PVE quality and the optimization measures were discussed in terms of the matching between a locating hole on the body floor and coating spreader, air bubble resistance, drainage, electrophoresis film-forming characteristic, PVC operation, sealing, etc. The painting SE was applied at the phase of engineering design of new product development to eliminate or reduce the structural defects of floor assembly, which would adversely affect the PT-ED-PVC quality. Therefore, it is critically significant to reduce the vehicle development and painting production costs, and to shorten the development cycle of product.
