摘 要:目的评价14种室间质量评价(EQA)材料和3种市售材料在4个检测系统上测定血清总蛋白的基质效应。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP14-A2指南,以美国临床化学协会(AACC)推荐血清总蛋白双缩脲为参考方法,以4个检测系统为待评方法,评价制备物的基质效应。结果 9种制备物对各系统均无基质效应,1种制备物对所有系统均存在基质效应,其余样本对不同检测系统存在不同程度的基质效应。结论制备物样本的基质效应可影响血清总蛋白测定的准确性和可比性,在临床检测中应重视其对检验结果量值溯源的影响。Objective To evaluate the matrix effects of measurement for total protein in serum using 14 materials of external quality assessment(EQA) and 3 commercial reference materials in 4 measurement systems. Methods The matrix effects of 17 processed samples were evaluated by EP14 - A2. The biuret method for serum total protein, recommended by the American Association for Clinical Chemistry(AACC), was reproduced as reference method. 4 measurement systems were evaluated as compared method. Results Evaluation of matrix effect: nine processed samples showed no matrix effect at all measurement systems. One processed sample Showed matrix effect at all systems. Others showed different matrix effects at dif- ferent systems. Conclusion The accuracy and comparability for serum total protein measurement is affected by the matrix effects of processed samples.
