摘　　要：目的　研究带筋膜尺神经前移在肘管综合征治疗中的应用。方法　采用带筋膜的尺神经前移术治疗40例(49侧)肘管综合征。结果　感觉运动评分提高了392%,有效率达918%。结论　带筋膜尺神经前移治疗肘管综合征有助于保护尺神经的血供及神经分支。慢性肘部牵拉伤是导致肘管综合征的主要因素。Objective To study the treatment of subcutaneous anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve with its peripheral fascia. Methods 40 cases (49 nerves)of cubital tunnel syndrome treated by this method from 1988 to 1997 were reviewed and analyzed.Results The scores of motion and sensibility increased by 39 2%, the effective rate was 91.8%. Conclusion This method is effective to treat cubital tunnel syndrome without damage to the blood supply of ulnar nerve and nerve branches.The chronic tractive injury at the elbow is the main factor of cubital tunnel syndrome.
