摘　　要：分析了复读机面盖塑件的结构特点,阐述了该模具组合式成型零件及侧抽芯机构的设计方法。经生产实践证明:该模具的抽芯及脱模动作均平稳可靠,点浇口保证了塑件的外观要求,塑件质量可以满足技术要求。The structure characteristics of plastic part of repeater panel was analyzed.The design methods for combined molding parts and side core-pulling mechanism of the mold were expounded.The practical production proves that the actions of core-pulling and demoulding are steady and reliable,the pin-point gate can satisfy the appearance requirement of the plastic part,and the quality of the plastic part can meet the technical requirements.
