摘　　要：【目的】　对婴儿早期睡眠活动情况进行观察以确定婴儿正常的行为模式。【方法】　本文对北京城区１０５ 位婴儿于生后１ 月、３ 月、５ 月进行了睡眠、清醒、活动的频率、持续时间等行为的观察。【结果】　婴儿的睡眠活动情况与孕周、孕次、Ａｐｇａｒ 评分、家庭类型、父母文化等存在相关关系。【结论】　婴儿睡眠活动的观察可用以对婴儿的发育及抚育者提供保健的质量进行评价。Objective To observe the early sleeping status of infants and to define their normal behavioral model. Methods One hundred and five infants were observed in Beijing City for their behaviors of the frequency and duration of sleeping,awake and activities. Results The findings showed that the infant's sleeping activities are correlation with the sequence of birth,the age of birth,Apgar score,family pattern and parents' education level. Conclusion Observation of infant sleeping activities can assess the infant development and the quality of home care by parents.
