摘　　要：目的:探讨广播式集体健康教育在母婴同室病房中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取用广播式集体健康教育的初产妇200例作为实验组,随机抽取用传统的一对一健康教育方式的初产妇200例作为对照组。在分娩后4天和1个月分别对两组产妇用问卷调查的方式进行效果评价。结果:实验组的平均宣教时间明显缩短,产妇对护理知识的掌握及宣教工作的满意度显著提高,出院后护理缺陷减少。结论:广播式集体健康教育在母婴同室病房中更具应用价值。Objective： To evaluate application value of the broadcasting collective health education in the rooming-in.Methods： Randomly selected 200 primiparas who are educated by collective health education with the broadcasting as experimental group,randomly selected 200 primiparas who are educated by traditional one-to-one health education as a control group.Two groups of mothers were evaluated by questionnaire survey in four days and a month after delivery.Results： Average education time of experimental group decrease obviously,Puerperae of the experimental group know more nurse knowledge,their satisfaction of the propaganda work obviously enhances and nursing flaw reduces after discharging from hospital.Conclusion： The broadcasting collective health education in the rooming-in wards is more valuable.
