小院系学生工作的对策研究

摘　　要：高校因为各种原因造成内部各院系的发展规模不尽相同,导致院系间的学生工作具有差异性。规模较小的院系,虽然具有自身的特色和优势,但由于经费少、生源缺、学生管理队伍力量不足等原因,学生工作的许多方面存在较大的困难。要促进学校学生工作的整体发展,提高学生工作的成效,就要加大力度对小院系进行扶持与建设。There are discrepancies in student administration between faculties because various factors have caused a fact that the scope of development of faculties in universities are not all the same. Those which have smaller scope boast their own characteristics and advantages, however, due to the reasons such as the deficiency of the outlay , the students＇ quantity and the input of the team of student management, and so on, difficulties do ex- ist in many aspects of student administration, which contributes to the weak part in the whole student administra- tion. So, it is necessary to reinforce the input and support the sma~ faculties so as to facilitate the comprehensive development of student administration and enhance the effect of it.
