诊断性腹腔镜对80例不孕症的病因分析

摘　　要：目的：诊断性腹腔镜下评估不孕症的病因。方法：总结我院近3年行诊断性腹腔镜的80例不孕症患者，对其病因进行分析。结果：80例不孕症病例中50例有盆腔粘连输卵管阻塞（44．6％）；26例有子宫内膜异位症（32．5％）；12例有多囊卵巢（15％）；8例为正常盆腔（10％）结论：输卵管阻塞、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢是不孕症的三大病因。objective： Diagnostic laparoscopy to evaluate the causes of infertility. Method： Summing up the past three years my hospital diagnostic laparoscopy of 80 cases of infertility patients and analysis of the causes of infertility. Results：gO cases of infertility cases have 50 eases pelvic adhesions and fallopian tube obstruction（44.6%）; have 26 cases of endometriosis（32.5%）; have 12 cases of polycystic ovary（15%）;have 8 cases of normal pelvic. Conclusion： pelvic adhesions and fallopian tube obstruction, endometriosis, polycystic ovary are the three major causes of infertility.
