摘　　要：对于公路零担货运行业来讲,"规模化生产、集约化经营"是未来的发展方向。由于交通运输业的网络经济特性,公路零担货运企业实现规模化生产必须扩大企业下属营业网点的规模,完善营业网络。对目前公路零担货运企业扩大营业网点的方式进行SWOT分析,提出公路零担物流企业扩大营业网点规模,完善营业网络的发展策略。For the road LTL logistics industry,＂the large-scale production and intensive managementis＂ is road LTL logistics industry＇s development direction in the future.Because the economic characteristics of transportation networks,road LTL logistics enterprises must expand the scale of business outlets,improve the business network.In this paper,the SWOT analysis is using to analyze the approachs of road LTL logistics enterprises to construct business outlets,propose the development strategy.of road LTL logistics enterprises to expand the scale of business networks,and improve the business network.
