眼前房免疫特许部位的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 论证眼前房对同种甲状腺移植物有保护作用。方法 用大鼠进行眼前房甲状腺埋植实验。结果 眼前房移植物存活情况明显好于其它部位的移植。结论 眼前房对同种甲状腺移植物不是绝对的特许部位,仍受机体排斥反应规律的支配,但确有一定的保护作用。Objective To approach the protection of camera anterior bulbi to thyroid homograft. Methods Using the thyroid implantation in camera anterior bulbi of hamster. Results The survival rate of homograft in camera anterior bulbi is obvious better than transplantation of other area. Conclusion Camera anterior bulbi is not absolute characteristic area to thyroid homograft, and it is still controled by the rule of organism rejection, but it has certain protection.
