摘　　要：目的:通过研究复杂性高热惊厥患儿细胞免疫变化,探讨妥泰联合免疫球蛋白治疗儿童复杂性高热惊厥的疗效,从而找到治疗儿童复杂性高热惊厥的有效方法。方法:对32名复杂性高热惊厥的患儿采用妥泰联合免疫球蛋白治疗,治疗前后进行细胞免疫功能的测定。结果:采用妥泰联合免疫球蛋白治疗儿童复杂性高热惊厥的总有效率93.7%,细胞免疫功能明显改善。结论:妥泰联合免疫球蛋白治疗儿童复杂性高热惊厥是一种有效的方法。Objective： To explore the curative effect of Topiramate combined with immunoglobulin in treatment of children suffering from complicated febrile convulsion by researching cellular immune change of the children, find out an effective method to treat children with complicated febrile convulsion. Methods： 32 children with complicated febrile convulsion were treated with Topiramate combined with immunoglobulin, the cellular immune functions were detected before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of Topiramate combined with immunoglobulin in treatment of children suffering from complicated febrile convulsion was 93.7% , and the cellular inunune function was improved obviously. Conclusion： Topiramate combined with immunoglobulin is an effective method for treatment of children with complicated febrile convulsion.
