摘 要:目的:了解育龄妇女对新生儿出生缺陷及其防治的认知程度和影响因素,为更好地开展出生缺陷知识的宣传教育和产前诊断提供依据。方法:采用现况调查的方法对该院就诊的330例育龄女性进行问卷调查,了解其人口社会经济学特征,对先天缺陷的可能病因、预防措施、终止妊娠的医学指征等的认识,进行统计分析。结果:调查对象对出生缺陷相关知识的平均知晓率为59.07%,量化评分为(59.8±23.6)分。单因素分析显示不同文化程度、职业及家庭月均收入的调查对象出生缺陷知识量化评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示文化程度是调查对象出生缺陷认知程度的独立影响因素,文化程度越高,认知程度越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:育龄妇女对出生缺陷知识的了解程度有待提高,对低文化程度者的宣传教育尤其应加强。Objective: To understand the cognitive degree of the women of childbearing age to birth defects of neonates, prevention and treatment and the effect factors, provide a reference for better earrying out publicity and education of birth defects - related knowledge and prenatal diagnosis. Methods: A cross - sectional study was carried out to survey 330 women of childbearing age in the hospital by a questionnaire, the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics were understood, their cognitions to the probable causes, preventive measures, and medical indications of terminating pregnancy were analyzed statistically. Results: The average awareness rate of investigated objects to birth detects - related knowledge was 59.07% , the quantitative score was (59.8 ± 23.6) . The results of unlvariate analysis showed that there was significant differenee in the quantitative score of birth defects - related knowledge among the investigated objects with different educational levels, occupations, and family monthly incomes (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The results of muhivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the educational level was a dependent effect factor of cognitive degree of investigated objects to birth defects, the higher the educational level was, the higher the cognitive degree was, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: The cognitive degree of women of childbearing age to birth defeets needs to be improved, publicity and education should be enhanced among the women with low educational level.
