摘 要:结合国内外现有的相关研究和规范,提出了大尺度矩形开孔钢梁构造措施的建议。在对大尺度矩形孔钢梁数值分析的基础上,对影响开孔钢梁截面应力分布的开孔参数进行了进一步分析,提出了开孔截面和开孔影响区域截面正应力和剪应力的简化计算方法和计算式,给出了矩形孔钢梁强度计算的设计方法;分析了矩形开孔钢梁的稳定验算准则,并给出了近似处理方式;参照蜂窝梁挠度的计算方法,提出了开孔钢梁挠度的近似计算方法,并按最不利情况给出了开孔钢梁挠度修正系数的计算式;结合算例验证了设计建议的可靠性和实用性。According to the existing researches and design codes in the world, the recommendation of structural details for the steel girders with large rectangular openings (SGLRO) was presented. On the basis of the numerical study on the behavior of SGLRO carried out by the authors, the geometrical parameters of the opening that influenced the stress distribution along SGLRO were further investigated. Simplified methods and formulas were proposed for calculating the bending and shearing stresses at the perforated cross section and at the cross section influenced by the openings. A strength design method for SGLRO was given. The stability design criterion for SGLRO was discussed and an approximate calculation method was suggested. In terms of the deflection calculation method of honeycomb beams, an approximate formula for the deflection of SGLRO was proposed and a modification factor was considered for the most severe situation. Finally, a case example was presented, which validated the reliability and practicability of all the design recommendation.
