摘　　要：目的：探索适合我国医药行业资产重组之路，促进医药产业的健康发展。方法：分析了国内外医药经济环境、国内医药行业资产重组的现状及动态。结果及结论：提出并论述了资产重组的目的、原则、模式及重组中应重视的几个问题。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the methods for recombination of capital that suit the sound development of the pharmaceutical enterprises of our country.METHODS:The economic environment at home and abroad,situations and new trends in combination of capital in pharmaceutical enterprise of our country were analyzed.RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS:The paper puts forward and discussed the objectives,principles and modes in recombination of capital as well as some issues that attention needs to be paid.
