摘　　要：对人力资本的专用性、交易频率和不确定性三变量进行分析,揭示人本资本在交易费用和协调费用约束下的生成过程,利用杨小凯的模型拓展和深化人本资本形成的理论过程,并通过分析最优人本资本形成路径,得出几点共识并在此基础上提出发展我国企业人本资本的政策建议。This paper analyzes the system to explore the elements of the humanism capital. By thorough analysis of its three variables that are specialty, transaction frequency and uncertainty, it reveals the formation of humanism capital under transaction costs and coordination costs binding, and also expands and deepens the theoretical formation process of humanism capital by using Yang Xiaokai＇ s model. Finally, after analyzing the optimal path of humanism capital formation, it concludes with a few consensus and also proposes some policy recommendations to develop Chinese enterprises.
