阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的： 评价阿仑膦酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症的临床治疗作用及安全性。方法： ３２ 名绝经后骨质疏松妇女口服阿仑膦酸钠１０ｍ ｇ／ 天， 为期半年。结果： 治疗前后各年龄组骨密度（ＢＭＤ） 明显上升， 与年龄呈正相关； 椎体压缩性骨折楔形指数平均增加８－８ ％ ，且该药物副作用轻微，治疗前后骨生化指标、血清生化指标、血常规、尿常规均无变化，均不需终止治疗。结论：阿仑膦酸钠能有效增加骨密度，缓解骨痛，降低骨折发生率，药物安全性好。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of alendronate for postmenopause women with osteoporosis METHODS:Alendronate were administrated to 32 postmenopause women with osteoporosis,10mg once a dey for half a year RESULTS:After half a year, the mean bone mineral density(BMD) obviously increased in all three groups,with positive relation to age Wedged index of vertebral body compression fracture grew approximate 8 8% All indices of bone and blood biochemistry,blood and urinary routine had no changes The side effects were mild and did not affect therapy course CONCLUSION:Alendronate is a safe effective therapeutic agent for postmenopause osteoporosis and bone pain It can decrease the incidence of bone fracture prophylacticly
