摘  要:目的:比较GNG 中药抽出机与直火加热法、蒸气煎药法制备中药汤剂的质量。方法:以总固体含量的微生物限度为指标,比较3 种方法制备中药汤剂的质量。结果:GNG 中药抽出机制备中药汤剂的总固体含量是其余2 种方法的2 倍以上,保存时间较其余2 种方法长。结论:GNG 中药抽出机制备的汤剂质量优于直火加热法和蒸气煎药法,适宜于临床应用。OBJECTIVE:To compare the qualities of decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine prepared by GNG traditional Chinese medicine extracting machine, fire heating decocting method or steam decocting method METHODS:To compare the qualities of three methods,taking the total solid contents and micro-organism limitation as indices RESULTS:The total solid content of decoction prepared by GNG traditional Chinese medicine extracting machine was as twice as decoctions prepared by other two methods,and its preserving time was longer than other two preparations CONCLUSIONS:The quality of decoction of traditional Chinese medicine prepared by GNG traditional Chinese medicine extracting machine is superior to those prepared by other two methods It is suitable for clinical use
