摘　　要：科技大赛是推动大学生从事科技创新活动的重要途径,也是培养学生科技创新能力的重要手段。通过分析我国集成电路产业发展的现状及高校在创新人才培养方面存在的问题,介绍集成电路设计大赛在大学生实践创新能力培养方面的积极作用。Scientific and technical competition is an important way to promote scientific and technological innovation activities of college students.It is also an important means to cultivate innovative ability of college students.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Chinese information technology, moreover, the training problems in current high education, it describes the active function of the integrated circuits competition in the development of practical and innovative ability of college students.
