摘　　要：文章对《美国复兴与再投资法案》中关于美国新医改推进医疗信息化的内容进行了全面的翻译、梳理和总结,并在此基础上提出相应的政策建议,以期为我国医疗信息化改革工作提供参考。This article comprehensively translates, analyzes and summarizes the content of medical informationization of＂ American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009＂, then proposes corresponding policy recommendations on this basis,in order to provide some implications to our medical imformationzation reform.
