摘　　要：以明式家具"有束腰方凳"为例,对明式家具几种主要的榫卯结构进行了规范尺寸制图,并根据尺寸图制作榫卯结构实物模型。对传统家具模型的现代制作工艺进行了创新实验探索,首先提出了现代机械设备和手工具的应用方法,然后详细阐述了各种榫卯结构模型的具体制作方法、技巧及工艺流程。本文是明式家具研究的重要内容,为研究学习榫卯结构提供了实践性的参考。Takeing Ming dynasty furniture ＂a waist square stool＂ for an example, the Ming dynasty furniture ′s main tenon joint structures are designed in regular size.And the tenon joint structure′s physical model is made according to the dimensioned drawing. The modern production technology of Ming dynasty furniture tenon joint structure is explored. First, it came up with the idea of the modern machinery equipment and hand tools′s applied method.Then explained the various tenon joint structure model of the specific production methods and skills in details and model making process flow. The essay is the very important part of the study of Ming dynasty furniture. It can be the practical reference of learning tenon joint structure.
