摘  要:用自行研制的改性双氰胺 (MDC - 1 )固化环氧树脂E - 51 ,经自制咪唑盐及双酚A促进和改性后 ,环氧树脂的固化反应得到较大加快 ,可实现较低温度的中温固化。本文考察了组分用量对树脂固化反应特性和性能的影响 ,并优化了树脂的固化工艺参数 ,得到的树脂配方为E - 51 /MDC - 1 /双酚A/咪唑盐 =1 0 0 /8/2 0 /0 .5,固化工艺为 80℃ /1h + 1 0 0℃ /2h ,后处理工艺为 1 2 0℃ /2h。树脂浇铸体具有良好的性能 ,热变形温度 1 1 3℃ ,拉伸强度 80MPa,冲击强度 1 2 .8kJ/m2 。改性树脂在丙酮中溶解良好 ,可湿法制备预浸料 ,玻璃纤维复合材料短梁剪切强度 77.1MPa。MDC-1 is a new kind of modified dicyandianlide which was developed by authors and has good solubility in acetone and epoxy resin.In this paper, curing reaction of epoxy resin E-51 with MDC-1 is accelerated greatly by 2-ethyl-4methyl-imidazole salt and bisphenol A,and thus the resin can be cured at lower medium temperature.The influence of content of MDC-1 and bisphenol A on the reaction characteristics and properties of resin was studied in details,and the obtained optimum resin formulation is E-51/MBD-1/Bisphonol A/imidazole salt=100/8/20/0.5,the curing cycle is 80℃/1h+100℃/2h plus with postcure of l20℃/2h.The optimum resin casts were detected to have good properties with ll3℃of heat distortion temperature,80 MPa of tensile strength and l2.8 kJ/m 2 of impact strength.Interlaminar shear strength of E-glass fiber composites is 77.1 MPa.
