摘　　要：齐齐哈尔市是黑龙江省西部地区政治、教育、经济、科技、文化、商贸和交通中心,是国家最早兴建的老工业基地之一,又是黑龙江省"哈大齐经济走廊"的收尾地段,其地理位置处于吉林西部及内蒙古北部,是全国各商家的必争之地。良好的地理位置、优越的运输条件、较强的经济产业基础,为齐齐哈尔市发展第三方物流提供了必要的前提条件。目前,齐齐哈尔市物流业还处于发展初期。政府部门应深入研究和促进物流产业快速发展,使其尽快成为新的经济增长点。Qiqihar is the center of politics, education, economy, science, technology, culture, commerce, trade, and transportation in the west part of Heilongjiang Province, one of the early industrial bases initiated by the government, as well as the terminal of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor. It lies between the west part of Jilin Province and north part of Inner Mongolia, a place of strategic importance for enterprises all over the country. Favorable position, transportation, and economic foundation provide prerequisites for the city to develop the third-party logistics. Now Qiqihar just starts in^oducing logistics, thereby the government should promote its development and make it a new economic growth point.
