摘  要:分别研究了异烟肼对B-Z氏化学振荡体系的规则振荡状态和非平衡定态的影响。结果表明,在非平衡定态测定异烟肼的灵敏度更高,检测限可达6.76×10-9mol/L。并将该方法用于异烟肼片中异烟肼含量的检测,其结果与药典法中的检测结果一致。The effects of INAH on both the regular oscillating state and the non-equilibrium stationary state of the B-Z reaction were investigated respectively in this paper.The results showed that the non-equilibrium stationary state was more sensitive to INAH than the regular oscillating state,and the detection limit was 6.76×10-9mol/L.In addition,INAH in tablets were detected by the proposed method and the results were consistent with those obtained by the method in pharmacopoeia.
