摘 要:用原位X射线衍射技术跟踪考察了3种芳杂环聚合物热结构化过程。从X射线衍射动态谱发现,试样单元结构的分子链在600℃以前遭致破坏,使得分子的排列呈无序状态,继续升高温度其分子逐渐变成环环六方网面和堆积成类石墨片状结构,而试样Ⅱ还呈现出(001)反射面存在的结构特征。较详细地讨论了温度对试样结构的影响。同时,还定量测定和估算了试样Ⅰ、Ⅲ的结构参数(面间距、微晶尺寸等)随热解炭化温度连续变化的情况,并分析了两者在结构上所存在的差异。The pyrolytic carbonizing process of three kinds of typical polyimide films was studied by in - situ X - ray diffraction in this paper. From the dynamic patterns of X - ray diffraction, it was found that the molecular chains of the unit structure of the specimen was broken before reaching 600℃ , and the molecular arrangement appeared in a random state. With further raising the temperature, the molecules were rearranged and gradually transformed into planar network consisted of six - member rings, which piled up and formed the graphite - like lamellar structure. A specimen (marked with No. 2) exhibited the structural characteristics of (001) reflective plane. The influence of temperature on the structure of the specimen was also discussed in detail. In addition, the variations of the structural parameters (lattice - plane space and microcrystal size) of the specimens (No. 1 and No. III) with the pyrolytic temperature were determined and calculated quantitatively. The difference in the structures of the two specimens was also analyzed.
