摘　　要：以世界各国女子排球队为研究对象。对她们参加2004年、2008年奥运会和2005年世界大奖赛的实战对抗过程进行录像统计分析,探讨世界高水平女子排球竞赛过程的组织结构特征和竞技单元过程;定量分析和描述女子排球竞技过程得失分规律;分析得出女子排球竞技过程致胜机制。不仅为科学地组织训练和比赛活动提供客观的参考依据,而且具有较高的科学理论价值,亦具有客观的可行性。This paper, taking the world woman volleyball teams as research subject, makes video statistical analysis on their competition in 2004,2008 Olympic Games and 2005 World Grand Prix, discusses the organizing structure character and competitive unit process, quantitatively analyzes the general pattern of winning and losing point and points out the winning mechanism. It not only provides theoretical basis for the organization of training and competition, but also has relatively high-level value in science as well as feasibility in practice.
