摘　　要：目的探讨有效、可持续的农村卫生适宜技术推广模式。方法采用文献分析、问卷调查、专家咨询、现场调研、快速评价法等多种方法,收集农村卫生适宜技术存在的问题和需求,研发和筛选农村卫生适宜技术,推广应用。结果在四川9个市县共推广了15项卫生适宜技术,共培训3579名医护人员,培训满意度达96.80%。结论形成一套可行的农村卫生适宜技术推广模式,包含组织、运行、激励、技术筛选等机制,同时应建立相应网络系统平台以及依托该平台开展综合管理。Objective To study an effective and sustainable appropriate model for promoting health technology in rural areas. Methods Various Methods were used to collect the problems and needs, research and screen the appropriate health technology, and popularize the application, such as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert counseling, field investigation, rapid assessment method, etc. Results In 9 counties, 15 appropriate health technologies were popularized, 3579 staff were trained, with the training satisfaction of 96.80%. Conclusions It is suggested to formulate a set of appropriate health technologies in rural areas,including organization, operation,incentives, screening, etc. A corresponding network management system and comprehensive management relied on this platform should be established.
