摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药对微小残留白血病(minimal residual disease,MRD)的认识与治疗。方法:以中医学基本理论为指导,结合历代文献和临床实践,探析MRD的中医病因病机、治疗原则和方法。结果:正虚邪恋是MRD的根本病机,当以扶正培本为主,兼祛除余毒为治疗原则。结论:中医药能够纠正MRD患者细胞免疫功能缺陷,恢复患者的免疫监视功能,清除残留白血病细胞,预防复发。Objective：Study the understanding and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on tiny residue Leukemia（Minimal Residual Disease in Leukemia,MRD-L）.Methods：Based on traditional Chinese medicine basic theory,combining with literature and clinical practice,investigate the TCM etiology and treatment principle and method of MRD-L.Results：Positive imaginary evil love is the fundamental pathogenesis of MRD-L pathogenesis.when to righting training,and eliminate the pernicious influence as a principle of treatment.Conclusion：Chinese medicine can rectify the cellular immune function defects of MRD-L patients,restore the patient＇s immune surveillance function,remove residual leukemia cells and prevent recurrence.
