摘　　要：目的:探讨祝由疗法与森田疗法的异同。方法:查阅文献资料,从祝由疗法与森田疗法的历史沿革、内涵及具体治疗等方面分析二者的异同。结果与结论:祝由的治疗方法、思想、内容等与森田疗法有相似性,然而在操作的具体程序、患者知情度、治疗形式等方面又存在差异。Objective：To study the comparative study of treatment by Zhu You and Sen Tian.Methods：Analysis the differences through documentation and the history successive changes,connotation and specific treatment of the method by Zhu You and Sen Tian.Results and conclusion：There are similarities between the treatment,ideas and content by Zhu You and Sen Tian,but the operation of the specific procedures,informed patients and treatment modes etc.
