仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及对血清白细胞介素-6含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的实验研究,初步探讨其治疗作用机理。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、强的松组、仙龙颗粒小剂量组、仙龙颗粒中剂量组、仙龙颗粒大剂量组,共6组。建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠动物模型,分别灌服相应药物,并观察一般形态,连续给药28 d后断头取血,测量血清IL-6含量。结果:强的松组、仙龙颗粒大、中剂量组症状改善明显,血清IL-6含量明显降低。结论:仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有治疗作用,其降低血清IL-6含量可能是该药治疗类风湿性关节炎机理之一。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of XianLong granule on Adjuvant Arthritis rats and on the content of interleukin-6（IL-6） in rat serum as well.Methods：48SD rats were divided into 6 groups at random,（A）Blank group,（B）Model group,（C） Prednisone Acetate group,（D） XianLong granule low-dose group,（E） XianLong granule middle-dose group and（F） XianLong granule high-dose group.After models were successfully made,we gave them the drug accordingly for four weeks,to observe edema degree of arthritis index,then all the rats were killed to determine content of interleukin-6 in serum.Results：the symptoms of the prednisone group,XianLong particles large and medium dose group were improved obviously,IL-6 content in serum is decreased obviously.Conclusion：XianLong granule has good therapeutic on adjuvant arthritis t,its reducing IL-6 content in serum may be the drug treatment of rheumatoid arthritis mechanism.
