推拿结合穴位注射治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为两组,对照组35例口服匹维溴胺和培菲康治疗;治疗组35例采用推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗;两组均治疗28 d。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组,治疗组在腹泻、腹痛症状改善方面疗效优于对照组。结论:推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗腹泻型IBS效果明显。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combination point injection huangqi injection massage treatment diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome（D-IBS）.Methods：70 cases were randomly divided into two groups：control group 35 cases were treated by horse damine and peiliangyou bromine murphy kang treatment;The treatment group 35 examples using massage combining point injection huangqi injection treatment;Both groups therapy 28 d.Results：Treatment group efficient higher than those in the control group,the treatment group in diarrhea,abdominal pain symptoms improve aspects curative effect than control group.Conclusion：The massage combining point injection injection of astragalus treatment diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome effect is obvious.
